The Short story:
Peru Flores is a queer actor, writer, and comedian living in NYC, originally from - you guessed it - Peru.
He produced and starred in UNPOPULAR OPINIONS, a New York Times Critics’ Pick monthly debate-style comedy show at CAVEAT in the Lower East Side. He also produces and co-hosts PIONEERS AND TRAILBLAZERS, the viral weekly comedy podcast about sex and NYC life, alongside comedian Nick Rosenthal, now in its 3rd season.
He recently debuted his first solo shows, “PERU FLORES: WHITE SAVIOR” and “PURO VENENO” at the iconic Joe’s Pub to rave response from audiences. Currently, he’s working on his second solo show, “PERU FLORES": HANDLE WITH CARE”, to make its debut in Minneapolis, MN.
He’s been featured in The New York Times, TimeOut NY, Outsmart Magazine, and other publications that make him feel important.
Fashion and style is another passion of his, as he loves collaborating with photographers for fun concepts all year ‘round.
